By the way NG. I think you can try to drink some HOT (NOT BOILING) or WARM water, it could make you feel better.
Also, there is a medicine that may be can help you with that, In English, it calls
Liquorice Pill ( In Chinese is: Gan Cao Pian). Take one pill each day before you go to sleep, and take it about a week, I think it could work.
