事务所注册规定有"禁止以任何形式转让 转卖 ID"的规定吗?

这应该是起码的对45S 对自己的ID 的尊重 %&151

当时我不在，规定不能买卖ID是因为有人在知道将被PB后卖自己的ID，所以在总版规里加了这一条。

if they want to buy, they will buy. if they wont't then they won't. it is traders' responsibility to make sure their patterns are trustable. if you don't allow them to trade in the forum, they certainly can do this in other ways like QQ.
