'cause it's usually called an avatar in English,
whereas "头" can be seen as a short form for "头像"

其实很简单……从三楼（注意不能高也不能低）的阳台上跳下去，不久就会有人来帮你穿绷带装了。（什么？那里一层楼就有十几米高？@_@）
