丹丹啊, I could only answer the one "greeting your teacher", use the same form of address with the way you usually use to call your friend. but with a Ms or Mr.

If you want to say "how are you" or "good day", I guess that's fine too.

wear formal clothing， bring a little dish or champagne or wine

2Greeting your teacher
say hi MrXX、MrsXX or MsXX when you see them no matter where， and add something like“How are you doing？”

3Receving a birthday
bring a birthday gift

4Paying a visit to a friend's house
a close friend？BE YOURSELF
