紧急求助

安装冲击波病毒补丁时有windows xp(32位)和(64)位俩种，我也不知道是哪一种，安装windows xp(32位)英文版（我家是盗版)时显示"Setup cannot update your windows xp files because the language installed
on your system is different from the update language"
安装windows xp(64）时显示xphp1hfm.exe不是有效程序.为什么
