CHAPTER 1——贝克街的老屋

某年的初夏。

夕阳西下，一个约莫11岁的男孩走在贝克街上。
光线照射在他身上：他拥有异于其他小孩子的一张没有稚气而不深沉的脸，扬头笑着。墨黑的头发，浅黄的皮肤，这年头移民的越来越多了。
100号……150号……200号……215号……他的脚步停在220号门前。

贝克街221号B，他的父亲作为唯一还在人间的远方亲戚继承的房子，也就是他现在的家，屋顶漂浮着烟雾——黑色的骷髅头，口中却有一条蛇，蔑视那男孩，作挑衅状。

身为约翰·华生博士的后裔，他下意识觉得这非常蹊跷。正打算跨出冲进屋内的第一步——
“不！！！”那是他母亲的声音。
紧接着是一阵女人的狂笑，嘴里叽里咕噜说了点什么，男孩根本没有听清楚。
从小房子的侧窗他看到一束光线，跟着又是几道红光，伴随着母亲的痛苦声。

他惊呆了，全身仿佛被施了魔法。世界上怎么可能发生这种……？！
他又听到那陌生女人的尖叫，说了几个单词之后一道强烈的绿光闪过——噼啪。一切又恢复了平静。
“妈妈！”男孩破门而入。

父母倒在地上，没有任何血迹，他们脸上的肌肉都因为恐惧而绷紧，心跳和呼吸都已经停止。
“怎么可能……”他想，脸上带着同样的惊恐。
书架下藏着一个便携式录音机——还在运作！还在录音状态！那说明……录音机被收进了口袋中。现在去报……！
他感觉自己被什么东西击中了，一声闷响。他不再清醒。

“先生，这个孩子的记忆里面并没有什么，请问……”一个声音说。
“那就没问题，给他灌瓶安神剂。”另一个声音答道。“到时间了，部里还有很多活。哦对，帮我带封口信给阿不思，说让他处理一下这个孩子。”
“是的，先生。”

两个噼啪声把男孩惊醒，此时已是深夜，他仍躺在贝克街221号门口。
他知道发生了什么，父母都去世了，然而心神却出奇的平静。黑色笼罩着房子，门口瓦斯灯反而带给了他寒冷，所有的温暖消失在一瞬间。
“喀、喀。”门似乎被换上了新锁，没办法打开了。他靠在门外渐渐入睡，伴在耳边的不是和往常一样的音乐，而是……

“有希子！”一人喊道，他知道那是他父亲。
[I]“钻心剜骨！”那个陌生女人尖声叫道。
接下来他听到父亲呻吟着打滚。
“不！！！”被称为有希子，也就是他的母亲痛苦地叫喊。
陌生女人笑了。
[I]“钻心剜骨！”“钻心剜骨！”
父母发出了他从来没有听到过的恐怖声音，他可以感觉到那是世界上最恐怖的折磨，不管那陌生女人做了什么。
“恩？”那女人顿了一下，仿佛有人给她发手机短信。“抱歉，我必须要完成这个任务，可怜的麻瓜们——[I]阿瓦达索命！”
“新一！！！！”母亲的惨叫声回响不绝。
“任务完成了，主人，我是……”

没有一点肌肉运动，这个叫新一的男孩已经感觉到衣服被汗水浸的湿透。他不会忘记父母在死之前无助的惨叫，不会忘记他们去世时的模样，和最后对他名字的呼唤。不管是谁把他弄昏然后抚平了心绪，他也不会忘记最后出现的那个女人的名字：贝拉特里克斯·莱斯特兰奇。

新一自我惩罚状地把脑袋往房子的外墙上撞，结果被弹飞了出去。
醒来时，他不知道他昏睡了多久。

CHAPTER 1----House on the Baker Street

It's an early summer.

The sun's falling, there was a boy who's around 11-year-old walking down the Baker Street.
In the golden shine, we could see his smiling face very clearly: He has a maturer outlook than most of the other kids. Deep black hair and yellow skin, there are more and more immigrants these days...
100 Baker Street...150...200...215...he stopped right in front of the gate of 220 Baker Street.

221 B Baker Street, the house his father inherited as the last heir in their family. It's his home for now but he saw a mass of smog floating above the house----a figure of death's head with a snake in its mouth, watching the boy despisingly.

As a descendant of Dr. John Watson, he found this is queer indeed immediatly. When he planned to take his first step for entering the room----
"No!!!" That's his mother's voice.
Followed by a woman laughing wildly, said something weird, which he totally misunderstood.
He saw a gleam of light coming out from the window, and some other red light beams, with the suffering voice of hie mother.

He was shocked, like he was stiffed by magic. "It cannot happen on the...."
He heard that strange woman cried again, a strong green light beam came out after a few words----Crack. Everything returned to peace.
"Mum!" The boy hastened to the room.

He's parent was lying on the ground, without any blood on the ground. Their face muscles was stretched because of fear, no heartbeats and breathing left.
"How can it be......" he thought, the same fear on his face.
There was a mini recorder under the bookshelf----it's still working! It's still recording! It means...he put it into his pocket. Now call the poli...!
He felt something hit him hardly. After a muffled voice, he was not sane anymore.

"Sir, there's not anything serious in this kid's memory, shall we....."
"It's okay, give him a Draught of Peace" Another voice answered. "Time to go, many things to do in the Ministry. Oh yeah, please tell Albus that I want to sent this kid to him."
"Yes, sir."

Two "Crack-sound" awakened the boy. It was midnight, he was still lying in front of 221 Baker Street.
He knew what happened, his parents were gone, although he's inside was extremely peaceful. The dark surrounded the house, the gas lamp caused another type of coldness, there was no warm at all.
"Kak, kak." It seemed that someone put on a new lock for the gate. No one could go into the house, he fell asleep outside the house, he could not hear some music beyond his ear as usual, but...

"Yukiko!" Someone shouted, he knew that was his father.
[I]"CRUCIO!" the strange woman cried out.
Then he heard that his dad was rolling on the ground because of pain.
"No!!!" Yukiko, who's the boy's mum shouted.
The woman laughed.
[I]"CRUCIO!" "CRUCIO!"
His parents cried out some horrible voice that he never heard. He could feel that is the most painful torture in the world, no matter what did the woman do.
"Hum?" The woman paused for a moment, the boy thought someone was sending cell phone mails to her. "So~~rry,I must finish this task, poor Muggles----[I]AVADA KEDAVRA!"
"Shinichi!!!!" His mother's voice echoed endlessly.
"Task finished, master, this is......"

No movement of muscles, this boy called Shinichi could feel his clothes was wet by his sweat. He would not forget his parents' crys before they gone, would not forget the last pose they made on the earth and the final word of his name. No matter who made him faint and made him peace, he would never ever forget the name of the woman appeared in the recording: Bellatrix Lestrange.

Shinichi maybe wanted to crush his head on the wall for self-punishment, but was sprung away.
When he awakened, he didn't know how long the time has passed.

这点我承认，最近看英文版的HP越看越上瘾- -0

HP 1没有Bellatrix，HP 1没有UFC和Patronum，HP 1没有Dementor，HP 1不会给人这么大的想象空间……

CHAPTER 2 ——不一般的麻瓜

他醒来时，已是某日的深夜。一切归复平静，附近还传来鸟类或者蟋蟀——总之是有些东西——在轻声鸣叫。
有的时候以外地睡去会让你感到奇怪，你知道的。工藤新一恢复知觉时竟不知道这是哪里，只当是与父母共赴黄泉了。

“不，我还有呼吸……”他想道，却不敢睁开双眼。他感觉到可能父亲还在伏案写着侦探小说，母亲则兴奋地炒着饭，虽有时会小吵小闹，但还是幸福温暖的生活。然而这一切，终究只是他的幻想。
新一爬起来，周围一片漆黑，不过还是可以看到自家的花园整洁如初，仿佛除了主人离开了以外并无其他变化，或者异样。电池用光了的录音机仍在脚下。他精神恍惚地走在街上（房门已锁，窗户被莫名其妙地加固了），只是想着调查清楚一切，并把贝拉特里克斯·莱斯特兰奇揪出来交给警方。然而这个一心热爱科学推理，坚信不存在某些“灵异现象”的孩子，是不知道莱斯特兰奇是不可能被警察给控制住的。

有只动物一声哀鸣，他又想起了以前的时光，一直坚强的他也不禁泪下，然并没有注意到正在熄灭的路灯和逼迫而来的寒冷。一刹那，快乐和幸福全部消隐无踪。他感觉到自己被恐怖伴随，在下坠、下坠……

[I]“呼神护卫！”

新一突然被惊醒，银光一闪，一头鹿状动物冲来将寒冷驱散。夏日的炎热又回到身边，只见隐约有人正向远处走去。
“等一下！”他向那个背影喊道。
“什么都不知道的麻瓜小孩应该乖乖回去睡觉！外面太危险了！”背影说，听起来只是个十七、八岁的年轻人。
麻瓜？新一作出了反应：“我知道！我知道贝拉特里克斯·莱斯特兰奇！”
那个背影停住了——可能是十秒钟或十分钟或十小时或十年后他转过身来，向新一走来。

在灯光的映射下，二人看清了彼此的脸。

“你是哑炮？”
“什么是哑炮？”
“你是麻瓜？”
“什么是麻瓜？”
“就是说你不是巫师。”
“什么是……哦，我不是巫师。”

新一仔细研究着这个人：长袍下的圆脸并不显得胖，整齐的短发还衬出双眼的明亮。巫师？魔法？不，这世上没有的，肯定在玩什么鬼把戏。他这样想。

“你说你不是巫师但又知道贝拉特里克斯·莱斯特兰奇？”陌生人又问道。
“是的，她在两天前——”
“她—又—杀—了—人！？”没等新一说出口，陌生人粗声怒吼道。
“是、是的，用了一些奇怪的方法，没有伤口，没有——”
“那是[I]阿瓦达索命咒，”他压低声音说。“一种杀人的黑暗魔咒。”
“魔咒？”新一提出了疑问。“这世界上没有什么魔咒！只有完美的科学和推理！巫师和巫婆都只是编出来的故事而已！”
对方一句话没说，从口袋里抽出了一根细长的木棍——

[I]“除你武器！”他喊道。新一被一道红光击退数步，手里的录音机飞到对方脚边。
[I]“四分五裂！”他用木棍指着录音机。那边的少年惊奇地看到录音机瞬间成了好些碎片。
“不！”这回是男孩叫道：“那里有莱斯特兰奇杀人的证据！”
“哦，是吗？”那人自言自语道[I]：“修复如初。”顿时录音机又自动地粘贴到了一起，与原形无异。

新一觉得自己正身处外太空——身边怎么都是这种事？他显得如此无知，也是有生以来第一次迷茫。不经意间，他踩了踩自己的脚，祈祷这一切都是假的。

“你不必那样做。”陌生人又打断了他。“魔法是存在的，只是你们麻瓜——不会魔法的人——是没有发现而且不会发现的。我只是想告诉你，你父母是死在同一种魔咒下——”
“同一种？还有谁？”
“呃，是一些不幸遇难的麻瓜们。总而言之，我还有很多事要做，包括揪出莱斯特兰奇并且杀了她。记住，她还有同事和一个叫伏地魔的老板，不要轻举妄动。睡觉时间到了。”他象征性地看了看手腕。
“还有，你到底是——”还没等我们的少年说完——“[I]昏昏倒地！”一道红光击中了他。便倒在地上睡着了。

“那么，你打算怎么处置这个小孩？”噼啪声后，一个女子出现在他旁边。
“带回家做我们的孩子？”另外一个女声响起，带着嘲讽的语气。
“你，现在不是谈论这个的时候。”又传出一个男声。
“随时注意他。这小孩不是个一般的麻瓜。”那个身着长袍的“巫师”说道。“哦对，你们三个注意点，莱斯特兰奇在这附近行了凶，还有——”
“还有摄魂怪。”
“还有斯内普。”
“还有食死徒。”
“不错，最重要的是：伏地魔在附近。”

CHAPTER 2 —— An Unusual Muggle

He woke up, it was already midnight on someday. Everything returns back to peace, and he could even hear birds or cricket or----something----was crowing lowly.
Sometimes you know, It doesn't make any sense to you if you fall asleep accidentally. When Shinichi Kudou recovered, he didn't even know what place's he at, maybe in heaven with his parents?

"No, I'm still breathing..." He thought, but didn't dare to open his eyes. He felt that father was still working on his detective novels, and mother was cooking happily. Sometimes there're arguments, but still a nice and warm family. However all these were just his dream.
Shinichi got up, it was a dark night, but he could still see his garden's tidy just like old time, and there were neither changes nor difference except the owner's left. The recorder, which ran out of the batteries, was right beside his feet. He walked on the street in a trance(the door's locked, and the window's reinforced rather baffling), was only thinking about how to investigate Bellatrix Lestrange and send her to the police. But this scientific-boy, who had not belived in any "weird stuff", didn't know that Lestrange is definitely uncontrollable for those police.

A plantive whine caused his nostalgia again. He was crying, and he had never, or seldom, cried before. But he didn't notice the extincting street lamp and the horror rushing towards him. At that moment, happiness or welfare were all gone. He could feel that he was surrounded by horror, and began falling, falling, falling...

[I]"EXPECTO PATRONUM!"

Shinichi was awakened, he saw a silver flash followed by a deer-shape animal rushed towards the coldness. The heat of summer returned again, and he saw someone walking away.
"Wait up!" He shouted to the back.
"You Muggle kid who knows nothing are supposed to go to your sleepy bed at once! This is TOO dangerous out here!" The back said, sounded like a 17 or 18-year-old young man.
Muggle? Shinichi responded:"I know something! I know Bellatrix Lestrange!"
That man stopped----maybe 10 seconds or 10 minutes or 10 hours or ten years later he turned back, walking towards shinichi.

Under the light of lamps, they saw each others, clearly.

"You're a Squib?"
"What's a Squib?"
"You're a Muggle?"
"What's a Muggle?"
"It means you ain't a wizard."
"What's----er, I'm not a wizard."

Shinichi watched this man carefully: This man in cloak has got a round face, but not really fat. His short hair is fairly neat, and set his eyes of to brightness. But wizard and magic? No, there ain't any on the earth, it would just be...some tricks. He thought.
"You said you ain't a wizard but you know that Bellatrix Lestrange?"
"Yes, two days before she--"
"SHE MURDERED AGAIN!?"
"Er, yes, she used some weird tricks, there wasn't any wounds, wasn't any--"
"That's [I]Avada Kedavra Curse," he lowed down his voice. "A killing Dark Charm."
"Charms?" Shinichi mentioned his question finally. "There ain't any charms on the earth! Nothing but perfect inference and science! Wizards and witches are just fairy tales!"
The opponent said nothing, took out a long wooden stick from his pocket----

[I]"Expelliarmus!" he cried. Shinichi was hit by a jet of red light and took a few steps backward. But the recorder in his hand flew away right beside the opponent's feet.
[I]"Diffindo!" he pointed the stick at the recorder. The junior saw the recorder broke into pieces surprisingly.
"NO!" this time, the boy cried out. "Ther is the evidence of Lestrange's murder in there!"
"Oh, is it?" the man said to himself[I]:"Reparo." Suddenly the recorder sticked together again, and it seemed nothing's different from before.

Shinichi felt he was in the outer space----what the hell is going on with him? He felt so ignorant, and first time in his life, he confused. Unmindfully, he stepped one of his foot on another, and was hoping all these are faked.
"You don't need to do that." the stranger interrupted him. "Magic exists, only you Muggles--non-magical people--could and would not find it. I just want to tell you, your parents were killed under the same Curse--"
"What do you mean 'same'? Who else?"
"Er...some unfortunate Muggles. Anyway, I've got lots of businesses to do, including find that Lestrange and kill her. Remember, she still has some pals and also a boss called Lord Voldemort, don't do anything stupid. Bedtime." he looked at his artifice symbolicly.
"And, who on earth are--" our junior hadn't finished----"[I]Stupefy!" another jet of red light hit him. Then got asleep again on the ground.

"So, how do ya wanna handle this kid?" after the "Crack" sound, a young woman appeared at his side.
"Take him home as our child?" another woman said, with a taunting tone.
"Hey you, bad time for talking about THAT." one more male appeared.
"Keep you eyes on him. This kid is an unusual Muggle." the "wizard" with the cloak said. "And yep, you three take care, that Lestrange murdered somewhere around here, and--"
"And Dementors."
"And Snape."
"And Death Eaters."
"Not bad, the most important one is: Lord Voldemort is nearby."
