PSP不认704*396的=w=

x264的VideoEncoding请使用psp的profile

换成了720*480后还是不好用...总部的朋友说ref=6和bframes=5也有问题...

直接用megui自带的设置文件啊
如果觉得码率不行调码率就好了
其他用默认
