Well, this question may relate to the manga File.1008, which came out in December 2017.
This episode reveals a fact that, the Boss of the Black Organization is Karasuma Renya（烏丸蓮耶）.
By the way, you can revise Files 4~7 in Volume 30, where Karasuma was mentioned for the very first time. Or, you can watch the anime Episode 219 "The Gathered Detectives! Kudo Shinichi VS Kaito Kid".
This video shows how Gosho Aoyama, the author of Detective Conan, painted the image of Karasuma the Boss.
