Well. thanks Solo. But, seriously, I don't know whether I am a good cooker. I just learn cooking in recent couple months, and no one had tried my dish before, except me.:012: :012:

When I taste my dish, I feel they are Ok. (it is only means "ABLE TO EAT")

have your computer on the floor, keep your body a push-up position, and using one hand type, then switch, switch again...... having your abdomen tight the whole time.. (does this relaly work out?:015: )

the answer is def. less than or equal to one

I dont think so.... He+ means it has one electron as well.. so its shouldnt be more than 1...
