我的E文水平不高~~不过raise是及物动词~~~后面得跟宾语~~但是太阳升起不可能有宾语~~所以要用rise
也就是说.....place where the sun rises......

我是想写ばしょ『場所』，难道中文不是写成“地方”吗？所以position也好place也好了~~重点是，“升起”，应该要用定语从句吧……

raise
ｖ.上げる 上がる 持ち上げる
ｎ.増加 昇給 上げること

rise

大家都只学日语不学英语的么？raise,及物动词，就是说其后可以直接跟宾语，楼上说的raise是不正确的，应为raise my hand, raise本身就有使升高的意思，及物动词后面也不能加介词再加宾语
rise，不及物动词，必须加介词后才能加宾语，太阳升起的地方：the place where the sun rises
