Can you see it Du? Humans are selfish. As a consequence, the problem will never be resolved peacefully.  When moral diplomacy fails, war will be the only answer. Of course, nobody likes wars, but still....our knownledge limits us to find a better answer for it.

It's just my personal opinion.

我的文法也不好,只能说是个人意见....

先是第一个问题,
I wonder if/whether you could.....
礼貌的提出要求,应该是用问号.
不过也有人用句号.
从语气上看应该是平时用的,所以用哪个应该都行吧.


第二个问题,
应该是
I don't know if she is coming.
或者
I don't know whether she is coming or not.
