The school atmosphere?Actually,most of Chinese colleges do not really have it I think,and professors are busy with earning money regardless of students...... Dang it...Mom says it's back to the states with me next year...
I do want to go, but high school would be starting this year for me--in the US,I mean--and if I go back next year I'd miss out my freshman year and would be starting from sophomore...

neither did i.nah, it's okay. fortunately I had some AP credits that got me out of some basic level courses.my courseload is about the same as what an ordinary student takes. Not to mention all other chinese kids taking like 21+ credits each semester..
and yes, I'm a total quality>quantity type. I rather take fewer courses + getting As than just to rush my life-V-

In China, taking like 21+credit each semester (and all those courses are exactly what you want）is totally impossible. We don't have that much choices.I want to be a quality > quantity type. But sometimes you just have to force yourself in order to get something.

well， here, in my view, taking 21+ hours is feasible but you just have to give up some other extracurricular activities .and you know, in US, GPA doesnt mean everything.

I know that .But if I want to apply for a master degree in US school, all of them will ask for a high GPA or, a high GRE/TOFEL score.
