It is the school policy, I can't do anything on that.
For youtube, it's fine. I can use it as well as possible.

I appriciate that. I am using a Mac (APPLE) now. I can see all the chinese text on line. But I still can't type somehow.

Also, I saw the option that you said on the toobar, would you mind to give me the link, please?
