Well, mostly in the inorganic chemistry experiment, we would use MnO2 as the catalyst for this experiment
However, candy's experiment probably is the examination on the enzymes that contain in liver. So, the catalyst in the reaction would be refer one of the liver enzymes.

我再用中文解释一下。
在高中的化学试验中，有一个试验就是过氧化氢(双氧水,H2O2)在常温下分解成氧气和水的试验。在这个试验中，二氧化锰(MnO2)被作为催化剂来使用，目的是与另一只盛有没有用催化剂，自然反应的双氧水的试管作比较，用来证明催化剂可以提高反应速率。

而candy的试验虽然材料上相似，但是目的完全不一样。candy的试验是生物课上用来测量酶的试验。目的是用双氧水(H2O2)来证明肝脏中含有可以加速H2O2分解的霉(enyzme)。所以在写反应式时在横向箭头上面写的是"catalyst (催化剂)"，不是MnO2。
