I think your class ranking and the SAT score are more important than the essays. So, try to do well on those types of things. Btw, I think you have to write an essay to enter most universities anyway....

only two, I was accepted by both universities. I chose to go to this one, because of its location.

UT requires 2 just for app, not even scholarships; i htink one has to write more for scholarships too- -

Choose your topic well, that way you don't have to write a lot of essays.
