Anybody wants to tell us your plan for next school year?
I will be a 12 grader(-17-) so that sucks for me. I will be mainly working on my college applications next year. I have a list of 15 schools...
I just finished the pre-registration in my university also, and I hope the result won't turn out to be too frustrating. They say out of 5 courses that you register for, you'll be lucky to get 3. But then, when classes begin you can add/drop some and adjust your schedule, so no need to worry much. I don't know if high schools are of the same system, though. Yay I'm done course selection!
And I'm happy with my schedule.
Melv: Not yet. We are doing those in spring session of first year. I'm in Life Sciences right now, but no specialist/major/minor yet.

personally,
1. financial aid/scholarship (if you need some)
2. academic strength
3. location (if I have to go to some school in the middle of nowhere.. you better kill me first)

1.location.I hope the city is very quiet.
2.the school should have a very good academic atmosphere.
3.the courses matche my interests
4.emphasizes self-study
5.the campus is quite large and beautiful

let me see.......
1.majors. Eventough I haven't decide my major yet, I think it is still an important factor that help me to select the college. Also, this kind of information should be aviliable on the campus' viewbook
2.study condition. A study condition is also important. However, different people could get differnt impression form the same school... Anyhow, campus visit could help you to figure this out.
3.location. I would like to go to school that not so far from my house
4.tuition.
The Location option is very interesting
What are you looking for about the location of the hopeful university you want to attend?Because to many students maybe their ideal schools are far from their home, and there are international students, too.
Should the place be welcoming to newcomers and easy to adapt in?
I may as well consider these carefully when my day with university comes.... there's a university where i can go to not only for free, but also get paid. so i'm sort of stick to it now and becoming lazy = =
