波洛涅斯: Polonius
侍卫: Guardsman or Soldier, or Servant
奸王: The Ghost?? (If you're talking about the dead king here) or King Claudius (Hamlet's uncle)
画外音: Voice-over or Soliloquy (If a person is talking to himself)

Anyway, NG. I think the 话外音that you said before actually means "旁白".
"旁白" is a kind of person which not an actual character in the play, but it is a person that often talk about the CONTEXT of the play at the begining or the end of the scene. The purpose of "旁白" is trying to take audience to CONTEXT that current appear in the play.

A narrator is someone who tells a story. It's not very accurate in this situation. Well, I don't know. It's all up to NG to decide.
